We are experiencing explosive growth and are seeking a Territory Manager to join us on this exciting journey. In this newly created role, you'll be in market engaging with dealers to offer the Signal suite of products. This is a green field opportunity, with a fresh and receptive market and plenty of room to grow your book of business.

Key Outcome-based Responsibilities:
• Increase market share and revenue by developing and executing strategic plans within your territory.
• Actively prospect and engage with auto dealership and vehicle wholesalers to understand their financial needs related to the Export of Vehicles.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with exporters and other stakeholders involved in the export ecosystem, fostering long-term business growth.
• Provide comprehensive financial consultation to clients, offering solutions that align with their export goals and objectives.
• Analyze financial data, assess creditworthiness, and tailor financial packages to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Serve as an industry expert, staying abreast of trends and providing insights to both customers and internal teams
• Foster cross-team collaboration to drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders
• Embody and contribute to Signal’s culture

Qualifications and Travel Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive finance or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of auto dealerships operations, wholesale lending needs, documentation, and financial instruments.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Travel as necessary to be in front of and nurture client relationships
• Proficiency in utilizing MS Office, Zoom, Teams, Loom, and effective communication with both auto dealers and internal teams.
• Travel as necessary to be in front of and nurture client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights to clients.
