We are experiencing explosive growth and are seeking a Loan Administrator to join us on this exciting journey. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our customers, administering the loan origination process, collaborating with the sales team and ensuring compliance with our lending requirements.

Key Outcome-based Responsibilities:
• Action vehicle loan requests in Signal’s loan management software (LMS) in accordance with lending playbook to provide a streamlined loan funding experience.
• Coordinate with Borrowers on loan funding exceptions and missing documentation to adhere to compliance policies.
• Manage loan collections processes in accordance with terms and conditions of lending agreements for the purposes of supporting a healthy loan portfolio.
• Manage day-to-day loan operations processes with the objective of servicing customers ahead of SLA’s.
• Organize and periodically audit KYC compliance checklists to support Borrowers in maintaining good-standing account status.
• Coordinate and host regular inventory health meetings in conjunction with the Territory Sales Manager(s) and provide critical exception reports to Finance to maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
• Leverage BI tools to identify borrower trends and past-due loans and other issues to report to Sales team for customer escalation protocols.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing, administration, or a similar role within the auto finance industry.
• Good understanding of lending principles, procedures, and regulations.
• Proficiency in loan origination software, database management systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
