What You'll Do:
Operational Finance & Process Improvement

  • Process and record dealer payments, credits, and invoices accurately and on time
  • Resolve issues by gathering input and adjusting processes to meet team or customer needs
  • Contribute to financial controls and support ongoing improvements in workflows
  • Identify and monitor transaction discrepancies, coordinating with teams for resolution
Reporting & Collaboration
  • Provide real-time updates on dealer financial account statuses to Operations, Remarketing, and Dealer Success teams
  • Deliver structured updates to the Accounting Manager on prior-day financial activities and workflow progress
Month-End & Financial Systems
  • Manage Ramp (AP tool) to maintain consistent, timely, and accurate AP processing
  • Assist with month-end close processes, including intercompany and bank reconciliations
  • Use business intelligence tools to extract, analyze, and visualize financial data
What You Bring:
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance operations and/or accounting, preferably in logistics-intensive or tech-enabled environments
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating across teams and with external partners
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle accounting (no CPA designation required).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and passion for systems improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally and explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or comparable ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
